screen 5055 common faults:

fault 1: sudden initialization or initialization but


① it is possible that the PSI power supply is under voltage. Measure whether the DC voltage of tp-ac and TB6 on the Mcon board is within 4 Within 3V, if not, adjust the VRI of PSI shoes and insoles which are washable boards

② there may be main board failure (Mcon board), check each motor and fuse

fault 2: report "machine eror15" error

handling method:

① check the laser head: observe whether there is light (usually) in the dark room. When high DPI (3000, 2400) is output, there is only a short light and then an error is reported. About A4 planes can be output with low DPI (1000, 2000) to reach the automatic average cooling of the sample. After the constant temperature image, the light disappears and an error is reported. This is usually a laser head failure

② check the star sensor. If there is light in the optical path and an error is reported. Check whether the "star sensor" sensor is in the wrong position or blocked by dirt

fault 3: image distortion

treatment method:

① the light of the pentahedral mirror is unstable and jumps

② unstable feeding: the parts are not installed in place, and the parts are worn for a long time

③ TIF figure exceeds 100m

fault 4: report "machine error17, 18, 19 or load error" error

handling method:

① check the motor (front slack guide motor)

② check the "front slack roller position" sensor status to see if the position is wrong

fault 5: a black line (the direction is horizontal)

treatment method:

① it is caused by the dirty roller. Clean the roller

② the ground wire is not good, which is caused by static electricity generated by the roller

③ unstable working voltage with large voltage difference jump

④ unstable data transmission (memory, dispatch card and hard disk of rip machine will be affected)

fault 6: 5055s machine alarm (film jam 5) error

handling method:

① the film supply box turned too far, and the film could not get in. When the film supply box was put in, the machine began to rotate, If you finally hear a "click", the machine must be a card. Adjust the position of the aluminum sheet on the right side of the supply box.

② the supply box shelf is deformed.

③ the machine is not level.

fault 7: 5055 reports "film jam 4" error.

handling method:

① the machine is not level

② the film is not good

fault 8: there is a white strip (soft) in the film direction.

treatment method:

① the compensation mirror is dirty

② there is dirt at Shuter

fault 9: the machine produces a white chip, and it disappears again. The word is ghosted, and the image shifts.

processing method: replace the chip of b9110 on the motherboard

fault 10: display alarm: serial error 11

cause: it should be the communication error between the imagesetter and the printer


① check whether there are problems in the wiring and power supply (ground wire and voltage)

② disconnect the imagesetter from the printer (set DipSW switch 6 on the main control board) and try it alone. If an error is still reported, the main board may be damaged

fault Xi: display alarm: machine error 30

cause: the main board power supply should be lower than 4.8 v

phenomenon: when the film is being released, the recording 1%-100% suddenly disappears. Reinitialize installing

treatment: measure the voltage between tp06--tpa02 with a voltmeter (DC) on the main control board to see if it is less than 4.8V (normally 4.8v-5.3v). If yes, adjust PS1 (a small screw with a blue dot and a yellow head, turn clockwise, and increase the voltage value) on the power board to make the main board Voltage 5V. If it is invalid, consider replacing the power board

fault 12: display alarm: machine error 24

cause: the gears between the imagesetter and the film receiving box do not match well or the sensor has problems


① readjust the position of the cassette. (guidance)

② replace the sensor

fault XIII: display alarm: AFP power off 1


① only the imagesetter is started but the printer is not opened. (guidance)

② the sockets of111 and of112 on the motherboard are inserted reversely

③ the wiring on the motherboard is loose

fault 14: display alarm: loading error

cause: an error occurred during loading


① whether the film is placed at the proper position of the cot when loading. (guidance)

② check whether the connection between the main motor and the main roll operates normally

fault XV: display alarm: width not enough

cause: the film width is inconsistent with the set width of the imagesetter

processing: set the maximum 549 in the imagesetter e) The oil gauge in the oil pump is used to display the amount of oil in the oil pump 9mm. Change the settings in the film menu. (guidance)

fault XVI: display alarm: machine error 2

cause: front cutter failure

fault XVII: display alarm: machine error 15 (12)

cause: when starting exposure, the exposure signal is too weak or the sensor does not sense the optical signal


① increase the light value adjustment, clean the light path and clean the sensor. (guidance)

② the position of the sensor at the beginning of the line moves

③ the main board is broken or the laser is broken

fault 18: display alarm: image error

cause: data signal transmission communication error


① check whether the SCSI interface and interface board are correct and intact

② format the hard disk (for customers using the hard disk)

③ replace the hard disk with a new one (for customers using hard disk)

fault 19: there are one or more black lines (extremely thin black lines, along the film direction) on the film output from the imagesetter


① static electricity

② the film is scratched before entering the fixing solution during film moving


① check whether the ground wire meets the requirements and whether there is looseness and poor contact. Measure the zero ground voltage (less than 3V)

② clean the film outlet of the discharge machine and the film inlet of the Hedge machine. Handle with high-grade lens paper or suede dipped in alcohol

③ cleaning of developing, fixing and water washing rollers of the hedging machine. Be careful not to scratch the bottom rubber roller

fault 1: as soon as the film processor is turned on, the developing lamp starts to light up

treatment methods:

① there are dirty spots at the sensor that block the light. Be careful to clean it with clean cloth or cotton

② the sensor is broken

fault 2: there are many white spots in the field

solution: fusing is mixed with developing, and the solution is replaced

fault 3: power on alarm "card"

handling method:

① whether there is a film stuck causing the motor to not rotate

② check whether there is voltage in the motor. If there is voltage, the motor does not turn into a motor failure

③ if the motor has no voltage, it is the main board fault

fault 4: there is water in the drying part or the fixing part is easy to mix into the developing part

treatment: the drainage level is higher than the inlet water level

fault 5: there are black lines on the output film (multiple positions are basically fixed and obviously scratched)

cause: the film is scratched before entering the fixing solution during film feeding


① check whether there is gear position movement or loss at the roller edge of the punching machine

② clean the developing, fixing and washing rollers of the punching machine. Note: judge whether the lines are caused by the film punching machine or imagesetter

fault 6: there is a white line on the output film

cause: the film is scratched

treatment: cleaning the developing, fixing and water washing rollers of the hedging machine. Be careful not to scratch the bottom rubber roller

fault 1: unable to output or interpret large files

handling method:

① the machine memory is small

② the print buffer setting of RIP is too small and should be set to 16384mb

③ the memory allocated by RIP software is small (preferably more than 256)

fault 2: the gradient effect of the illuminator is very poor


① select [setup] in the [file] menu of illuminator at the wards automotive interior conference held in Detroit, USA on May 13, and then select [compatible gradient and gradient mesh printing]

fault 3: hq-510 can be dispatched, while founder PSP cannot.
